Preventing Employment-Related Lawsuits and Related Claims

Jay has 36 years of deeply-textured experience to draw upon, and his office is uniquely-qualified to advise employers about the measures they can take to prevent employment-related lawsuits and other workplace claims. His objective is to explain, in understandable terms, how new developments relate to existing legal principles, and what tangible steps employers can take to protect themselves from the ever-increasing legal requirements that form the foundation for future litigation.  Audience participation welcome and questions are invited.
