About Dita's Brunch Club:
Brunch Club is an ode to my childhood in India, where going to brunch once a week with my family was one of my happiest memories. There were no distractions, no planning or cooking involved, just a set time and place we would gather every week, no excuses, just building lasting memories. In today's fast paced world, I aim to make Ditas what that place was for me, a place where friends, family, and significant others can connect weekly without the distractions of daily life, enjoy being together, in a beautiful space with some innovative brunch options.
Our culinary team has put together a menu focused on elevated brunch classics featuring french style omelettes, chia seed pudding, and various benedicts (caprese, bacon, lobster) to pair with champagne and caviar. Our Ditas touch will be present through all the dishes, highlighting only the best ingredients and preparing them expertly to heighten the flavors of the already top of the line products, creating elements of familiarity in creative ways.
